No brain here! call Khan and he will provide the most professional and quality service as you never experienced from anyone in this field! I have to rent my flat as landlord and required all certifications like EICR, PAT, legionella, Smoke and fire alarms and Khan did them all with some small repairs needed, he knows how to do it and always in control. Cost? less than average costs for the same service, my agency for example would have charged me 3 times more for the same works.
